With a bundle of an extensive twenty years’ professional experience in Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office, in 2021, I decided to change the profile of my work and to make use of my qualifications, proficiency and experience in the team of WINT Law firm.

I started my service in Vilnius Regional Prosecutor’s Office in 2000. Apart from that, I organized and led pre-trial investigations in Vilnius division of Customs Criminal Service, in Vilnius Branch of the State Border Guard Service under the Ministry of the Interior of the Republic of Lithuania, I headed pre-trial investigations of other central pre-trial investigational bodies and investigated criminal offences which were of particular public interest.

I have also worked in joint investigation teams which focused on investigation of criminal offences committed by organized groups and which affected economy, tax system, violated the financial interests of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union.

While managing pre-trial investigations I participated in coordination meetings organized by Eurojust and OLAF with the presence of representatives of the UK Revenue and Customs Authority, Romanian pre-trial investigation body, public prosecutor’s offices of Germany, Romania, Latvia, Poland, Italy, Ukraine, Moldova, Central Bureau of Investigation of the Police of Poland, Customs Investigation Bureau of Germany (ZEK), Europol, Eurojust, OLAF, SELEC, EUBAM and Interpol. All these coordination meetings were held in relation to investigations led by me.
