  • 3 years’ legal experience in business disputes
  • Highest-value business dispute was worth €40 million

Over my last three years of practice, I have focused on the nuances of business disputes, bankruptcy and restructuring law. Together with the legal team at WINT, I have been providing legal advice to one of the largest bankruptcy administrators in Lithuania, where I contributed to resolving a legal dispute worth €40 million. In addition to corporate bankruptcy, I have also recently focused my attention on improving my expertise in personal bankruptcy cases.

I was part of the legal team which successfully represented LATGA, the country’s largest national association of collective administration of copyright and related rights, in its legal dispute aimed at blocking access to the illegal content sharing website

Other high-profile cases include providing legal assistance to one of the largest bankruptcy administrators in Lithuania on issues concerning litigation and application of management liability in bankruptcy proceedings involving two banks, Snoras and Ūkio Bankas,.

Together with the legal team at WINT, I have also successfully defended a client’s interests in pre-contractual negotiations. This helped establish new case-law with the Supreme Court of Lithuania relating to the protection of confidential information.

The clients I have worked with includes Citadele bank, Pajūrio Rezidencija, Plungės Šaltis, Tarandės Šeimos Klinika, Ilvesta and Tanagra.

I have recently discovered the joy of hiking. However, books are my greatest source of daily inspiration.
