One of the Europe’s biggest co-working networks, Talent Garden, opened its 2,000 sq. m. space in the historic building in the Old Town of Vilnius making the capital of Lithuania the 20th city in Europe to host the network.
The co-working hub is run by the real estate investment company INVL Baltic Real Estate which engaged WINT to advise it on the franchising transaction.
Andrius Iskauskas, the Head of the WINT IP & Technology, Media, and Telecommunications practice group, and associate Maciej Mikelevic advised the client on the structure of the transaction, drafted the documents, and led the negotiations with the franchisor. We are proud to be a part of the successful deal which allowed the client to firmly step into the competitive co-working space business.
